Appointment Policies & Cancellations
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service, or if you would like one of many of our treatments please arrive 15 minutes before appointment time. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you, please keep in mind that if you are more than 20 minutes late we may have to reschedule your appointment if necessary.
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 48hours notice or a service charge will be charged. A reminder SMS & email will be sent out 72 hours prior to your appointment.
Whether discussing your cut or colour we believe in the importance of an in-depth consultation. This allows us to listen intently to your needs and desires, so that we can deliver the best advice to work with your hair, skin tone and lifestyle, respecting you as an individual and respecting the health of the hair. A skin test must be carried out 48 hrs prior to any colour service All consultations are complimentary.
